Get wild these July School Holidays with our Junior Keeper Camp Program!

If your little ones love animals, getting out and about in nature, and experiencing the wild, then Symbio Wildlife Park’s Junior Keeper Camp program will be the perfect school holiday adventure.

Held each NSW school holiday period, your child will spend the day walking in the footsteps of a zookeeper as they learn about our wildlife, get up close and personal animal experiences, and make new friends along the way.

Located on the outskirts of Sydney in Helensburgh, Symbio is only 40 minutes from the International Airport and just 20 minutes South of Sutherland, Sydney.

September School Holidays
Week 1 – September/October

Activities may include:

  • Preparing enrichment for the animals
  • Interactive learning experiences with native mammals and reptiles
  • Educational presentations and tours from the zookeepers
  • Feeding a variety of different animals
  • Helping the keepers with their daily duties

Age requirement: 7 to 12 years

Time: 9:00am to 3:15pm

Price: $149.00 per child.

Pricing is inclusive of;

  • entry to the park
  • all activities
  • morning tea and lunch (individually packaged to be COVID safe)
  • an educational workbook
  • Junior Keeper Camp certificate and name tag
  • Junior Keeper cap
  • lightweight ponchos in the event of wet weather

We keep our groups small to ensure that all the kids have an enjoyable experience therefore SPACE IS LIMITED.

Due to limited space in our camps, refunds on bookings are not available.

Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Flat and enclosed footwear is encouraged.

Important illness Information:

Please respect the health and well-being of our visitors, employees, and animals and ensure your child stays home if they are unwell. Any participant who is showing flu-like symptoms, or gastrointestinal bugs will not be permitted to participate in our Junior Keeper Camp experience.
