Please fill out this form with all guests of your Zoo Party for DINGO PACK bookings. Please note there are SIX SECTIONS to this guest list to ensure maximum value in your event - please thoroughly read the description of all sections prior to filling out the form. Please remember to include the birthday child and the parent/guardians of the birthday child in the guest list.

Guest List Section 1: Dingo Package inclusions 20x children
 
Your selected party package includes 20 x Child (3-15 yrs) admissions. Please enter the first and last name of all 20 CONFIRMED CHILDREN WHO WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE PARTY PACKAGE here. To maximise value in your party booking, it advised to include any zoo party guests which hold a valid season pass as 'additional guests' in section 5 below.
Guest List Section 2: Dingo Package inclusions 30x Adults
 
Your selected party package includes 30 x Adults admissions. Please enter the first and last name of all 30 CONFIRMED ADULT GUESTS WHO WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE PARTY PACKAGE here. To maximise value in your party booking, it advised to include any zoo party guests which hold a valid season pass as 'additional guests' in section 5 below.

Guest List Section 3: Additional Children (20% discount on standard admission fees)
 
Child age must be 3-15 yrs (>3 years are FREE). Please enter the first and last name of all CONFIRMED ADDITIONAL CHILDREN here, which will be included in your total fees. Please do not enter valid season pass holders here as they will then be charged to your booking - please list season pass holders in section 5 to maximise your value. Adults are considered as 16+ years of age. Please enter the first and last name of all CONFIRMED ADDITIONAL ADULTS here, which will be included in your total fees. Guest List Section 6: Guests paying their own admissions fees.
 
This section is for all guests who will be paying their own admissions fees. Please ensure your guests are aware if they are paying admissions fees, to avoid any confusion upon arrival. To add more Guests click the (+) symbol on the right hand side
Guest List Section 5: Valid season pass members (FREE admissions for valid members)
 
Season pass members must hold a valid membership at the date of your party booking and proof of membership will be required upon admissions. Please enter the first and last name of all CONFIRMED GUESTS WHO HOLD A VALID SEASON PASS MEMBERSHIP - these guests will receive FREE admission when membership is verified.
