Symbio Wildlife Park considers our animals’ welfare a priority during animal experiences and as such our staff reserves the right to refuse any person to participate in the animal encounter for reasons including health, safety, or other events that may adversely affect our animals’ health and/or wellbeing. Participants may be asked to cease the encounter at any time for whatever reason at the discretion of our staff.

We ask that participants be mindful that they will be entering the home of our animals, and understand that the animals’ participation is their own choice and their wishes will always take priority. The behavior of the animals or the outcome/level of interaction is not guaranteed under any circumstances.

Please remember that all animals are capable of exercising their natural instincts. Do not under any circumstances attempt to roughly handle the animal. Contact with animals will be under the handler’s direction – please do not touch the animal’s head, face, or any other body parts unless directed to by the animal handler.

As Ring-Tailed Lemurs are Primates, they are also susceptible to the same ailments and illnesses as us humans. Please ensure if you have cold or flu-like symptoms you request to advise our staff prior to the experience.
